REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item (carrier marked as delivered) to ship your returned item(s) for a full refund, less initial shipping charges.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to request a return.

  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging including any applicable seals. 

 

If items are eligible for a refund, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) Number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Please note that the customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges (with tracking number).

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

 

Please note, shopdama is not responsible for any damages to items during the course of delivery.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Returned items that are used, or have a broken seal will not be refunded. The customer can choose to have the returned items sent back with additional shipping fees at their expense.

 

All sale (including purchases with a discount code or during a promotional event), special request and/or pre-ordered items are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. 

 

Please note, there are no price adjustments for previous orders.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method.

 

Please note, shipping fees are not refundable on ALL orders. If your order total (before taxes and after discounts) is below the Free Shipping threshold, the shipping cost paid will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

If for any reason (incorrect shipping address, refusal on delivery, etc.) and the order is returned to us, actual shipping charges (including orders eligible for Free Shipping) and related handling costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund once we've processed your refund on our end.

 

Order Cancellations

All orders that are submitted and confirmed are considered FINAL - we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so that means there is a very small time window to make modifications before the order is shipped out. Please ensure that you are certain prior to placing your order.
