FEBRUARY 13, 2025 SHIPPING UPDATE: US SHIPPING RESUMES
We're happy to share that we are now shipping to the US again! 🙏🚚
Under the current U.S. Tariff Policy, shipments from Canada to the U.S. are temporarily eligible for duty-free exemption on parcels valued up to $800. However, this policy may change in the future. If it does, we kindly ask customers to be aware that applicable duties and taxes may be applied by their local customs office.

🇨🇦 SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
We provide fast shipping to Canadian addresses via various delivery partners (Canada Post, UPS, Local Carriers). All packages include tracking and there are no unexpected charges such as import duties/customs fees.

**After your order is placed, it may take 1-3 business days to fulfill, pack and ship your order. Delivery Standard is AFTER the order has been shipped from our facility. Our delivery partners may require one additional business day to process the package after it has been shipped. Remote delivery areas may exceed the delivery standard. Please note, depending on the season, postal services may experience some delays.
It may take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to show up on our carriers' systems after we've shipped out your order.
If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please ensure that the postal office accepts parcels. shopdama will not be responsible for undeliverable orders returned to us.
🇺🇸 SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES:
We provide standard tracked shipping to U.S. addresses (shipping is ONLY available to the 50 United States, we currently do not ship to U.S. Territories) via various delivery partners (USPS, UPS, Local Carriers).
U.S. customers are responsible for any customs duties & taxes that may arise as we have no control over these costs. Please note, delivery timeframes may be delayed/extended if items are held in U.S. customs.

Please note, shopdama is not responsible for packages that are:
- Damaged, lost or stolen in the course of delivery by the carrier
- Delayed due to examination by local customs office
- Refused by local customs office
- Delayed due to delivery carrier peak seasons (Holidays, etc.)
- Delayed/returned due to incorrect and/or incomplete addresses
- Delayed/returned due to being unclaimed by the recipient
