After cleansing and prepping your skin with toner, remove the top and bottom protective films from the gel mask pieces. Apply evenly to your face, aligning the cutout sections carefully with your facial curves. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes to experience the cooling effect, then remove the sheet and gently pat the remaining ampoule gel into the skin until fully absorbed.
