Following your cleansing step, pour a generous amount onto your palms or a cotton pad. Gently sweep or press the toner across your face and neck. For intense soothing on particularly red or irritated areas, saturate cotton pads with the formula and apply them as a targeted "toner mask" for 3–5 minutes.
